Dhyana: The practice of meditation helps deepen focus and concentration, achieve peace through inner transformation. Meditation camps are organized where necessary guidance and techniques are given to establish a regular meditation practice.

Utsavas: Jayantis of Divine Trio and all Hindu festivals are celebrated with spiritual gatherings. Ugadi, Sri Ramanavami, Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Navaratri and Shivaratri are celebrated with great fervour. Deepavali, the festival of lights is celebrated by lighting hundreds of lamps, a joyous display of fireworks and a collective offering of prayer for the well-being and prosperity of all.

Nitya Pooja: Daily spiritual practices are an integral part of life at Srimata Sharada Ashrama. The Ashrama begins each day with the performance of pooja (ritual worship) to Sri Ramakrishna and Sri Sharada Devi. Bhajans and Arati are conducted everyday in the evening.
